Questions

Questions about pricing.

Why fixed prices instead of a percentage?

A percentage fee grows every time you hire, so the person charging it is paid more when you depend on them more. A fixed price pays for a system you keep. After the Build, every role it fills costs you nothing extra.

Do we have to do everything?

No. Start with the Audit. It tells you what matters most, and you decide what to do next. Some clients take the fix list and run with it themselves.

What applicant tracking systems do you work with?

Whichever one you already pay for, including BambooHR, Workable, Greenhouse, Ashby, Breezy, and the systems bundled with many PEOs. If you don't have one, we'll pick one that fits your size and budget and set it up as part of the Build, at no extra charge. You pay the software company directly, with no markup from us.

How do payments work?

The Audit is paid up front, and the Hiring Partner is billed monthly. For the Build and Training, you'll get a simple one-page agreement with the payment schedule before any work starts.

Do you work with companies outside Florida?

Yes. All of the work can be done remotely, and we work with companies anywhere in the US.
